Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, provided:

No signs of wear

Tags and packaging are intact
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Returns & Cancellations

Change of Mind

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved exchange cases will be eligible for store credit only (if replacement is unavailable).

Store credit is non-transferable.
Return Shipping

If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the product back at their own expense.

Exchange Process

Share your order number and clear photos (if damaged/defective).

Our team will review and approve the request.

Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange or store credit will be processed.
