Refund policy

We accept exchanges only if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Size issue

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery in:

  • Original packaging

  • Unworn & unused condition

  • All original tags intact


Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused

  • No signs of wear

  • Tags and packaging are intact

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Returns & Cancellations

  • We do not offer returns.

  • We do not offer cancellations once the order is processed.

  • All sales are final.

  • Only exchanges are permitted under eligible conditions within 7 days.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom Jewellery

  • Special Promotional / Sale Apparel

  • One-of-One Products

  • Made-to-Order (MTO) / Custom Products

All sales for these items are final.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Approved exchange cases will be eligible for store credit only (if replacement is unavailable).

  • Store credit is non-transferable.


Return Shipping

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the product back at their own expense.

  • Geticedout is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Exchange Process

  1. Email us at support@icedoutindia.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos (if damaged/defective).

  3. Our team will review and approve the request.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange or store credit will be processed.
