Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
If delivery fails:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the tracking shows “Delivered,” Geticedout is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly in such cases.
Damaged Packages
